Grand Teton Ancient Grains mills its own USDA-certified organic einkorn, emmer, spelt, khorasan, and other heritage grains at its farm in Teton, in the shadow of the mountain range it's named for. The family operation also sells hard red and hard white wheat, rye, barley, einkorn pasta, and home grain mills, using regenerative organic practices that work with soil health instead of heavy tillage or synthetic inputs.
