About This Farm
Gallatin Valley Botanical is a certified-organic vegetable farm on the Rocky Creek bottomlands east of Bozeman, growing specialty produce since 2003. Matt and Jacy Rothschiller feed a 300-member summer CSA, a winter CSA, restaurants, and the Community Food Co-op off 57 acres. Fall brings a pumpkin patch, U-pick raspberries and apples, and fresh-pressed cider at the farm stand.
