About This Farm
Full Fork Farm grows seasonal vegetables, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries on 102 acres in China, about a mile and a half from China Lake. U-pick strawberries open in early June and run into early July, with varieties like Honeyoye, Jewel, and AC Valley Sunset chosen to stretch the picking window. Honeyberries are planned for u-pick as the planting matures. A self-service roadside stand stays stocked between visits, and the farm has used SARE grant funding to net crops against pests.
