The farm grows its own corn for whiskey, draws well water on-site, and harvests fruit from its own groves for brandy and rum. The lineup runs 27 spirits across five lines -- Sui Generis whiskey, Resurgence rum, Island Grove vodka, Absinthia absinthe, and Colonial brandy -- with tours by appointment.
