Evermore Farm pasture-raises beef, pork, and lamb outside Westminster, sold by the cut or as whole animals, plus bulk eggs from its brown-egg laying flock. The farm stand is open Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, with a year-round CSA and wholesale accounts filling in the rest of the calendar. It's a working meat farm first — don't expect a produce-heavy market table.
