Elm Fork Ranch is Ken and Jan Dickson's 130 acres of river bottom and grassland in northern Denton County, Texas, purchased in 1993 and run as a closed Angus herd — about 15 cows raising 13-15 calves a year on grass, homegrown hay, and a stress-free life with no hormones or antibiotics. A 2019 partnership with Voelkel-Fette Farm expanded grass-fed beef capacity for the North Texas region, with fall half and whole shares.
