Elderslie Farm sits on 100 acres near Kechi, Kansas, where George and Katharine Elder make small-batch goat's and cow's milk cheese and run a restaurant, cafe, and market on the same ground. What started in 2010 as blackberries and a vegetable patch has grown into a multi-course prix fixe dinner Thursday through Saturday, a patio breakfast-and-lunch cafe open May through September, and a 24-hour market stocked with prepared food, baked goods, and Kansas honey.
