About This Farm
ElderBlossom View grows elderberries in New Bloomfield, Missouri, and turns the estate fruit into pure elderberry juice, syrup, and wine. The tasting room pours those wines and elderberry cocktails on Sundays and by appointment in winter, and the winery sells year-round at Columbia Farmers Market. Elderberry is one of the few crops well suited to mid-Missouri's climate.
