About Edgwick Farm
A nine-acre family farm in Cornwall making farmstead goat's-milk cheese from its own pastured herd. The creamery turns out fresh chevre, aged rounds like Canterbury (plain and marinated), goat logs, and a firm Italian-style ricotta they call Ri(goat)ta, plus plain and chocolate goat milk and yogurt. Everything is made on-site from the herd's milk and sold at Hudson Valley greenmarkets and to nearby restaurants.
