About Dr. Field Goods
Dr. Field Goods runs a farm-to-table restaurant plus a butcher shop and bakery in Santa Fe, built by chef Josh Gerwin in 2013. The butchers source whole animals from small family farms and ranches and break them down by hand, selling cuts, house sausages, and prepared foods.
