Discovery Gardens grows certified organic pluots and heirloom tomatoes on a small farm in the San Joaquin Valley, open for u-pick by appointment during July and August. Jeannie and Ted Williams started the operation in 2007 with two acres of pluot trees and built it out from there. The farm's earlier CSA subscription and class programs have since closed, but the pick-your-own fruit season continues each summer.
