Couch Brook Farm has been certified organic since 1991, founded in 1981 by Elaine Morley after she trained at UMass Stockbridge School of Agriculture. The farm grows organic vegetable, flower, and herb starts for wholesale and retail, plus pick-your-own blueberries and fresh strawberries, raspberries, and peaches. The stand runs a spring plant sale Friday through Sunday, 9am-5pm, and sells Christmas trees in winter.
