Cook Farm grows strawberries you pick yourself, running a short May-into-June season across from Roosevelt Elementary on Ripley Road. Already-picked berries are usually available too, and baskets cost $3 if you don't bring a container. Bring cash, since the farm doesn't take cards. Daily picking conditions and weekend hours, generally 10 to 5, go up on their Facebook page. The farm answers listing questions by email.
