Commonwealth Kitchen is a shared commercial kitchen and food business incubator in Dorchester, not a market itself — it's where many of the small food producers who eventually sell at Boston-area markets get their start. Members get kitchen time, help with co-manufacturing and scaling production, and business mentoring built around equity in the food industry. It functions more like a business accelerator with ovens than a place the public walks in to shop.
