About Clover Nook Farm
The Demander family has farmed this land in Bethany since 1765, nine generations running. The market stays open year-round with sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes, and pumpkins in season, plus farm-raised beef, dairy, and holiday greenery when the fields go quiet. Pick-your-own strawberries run late May through June, and the farm fills gaps in its own harvest with other local and regional growers.
