Circle Bar Beef is a fourth-generation family cattle ranch spanning Modoc and Lake Counties in the high desert of far northeastern California, headquartered near Fort Bidwell. Cattle graze Forest Service and BLM allotments through summer and winter in the valleys below, work that also thins underbrush for wildfire management. Beef is grass-fed, grain-finished, dry-aged, and shipped direct to consumers, USDA-inspected and certified hormone-free.
