An 8th-generation family farm in Minot growing more than 40 crops across roughly 60 acres and 19 greenhouses, run by Doug and Elaine Chipman and their daughters. The Goodwin Road location has a 10-acre u-pick strawberry field, typically open late June through mid-July, plus hanging baskets, bedding plants and baked goods; the farm also runs stands in Raymond, Gray and Poland Spring.
