Bud Manke and Peggy Martin grow vegetables and melons for market boxes, farm stands, and wholesale, and put up pickles, jam, salsa, and pickled beets and asparagus from the harvest. Weekly deliveries reach Rapid City and the Black Hills every week of the year.
