About This Farm
Castle Valley Farms has worked 200 acres about 20 miles outside Moab since 1970, originally tied to Castle Valley Academy, and still runs on teaching young people to grow their own food. The farm sells tomatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, and seed potatoes from its own farm stand and through Moonflower Co-op in Moab, and staffs a booth at area farmers markets, carrot hot dogs included.
