Castle Hill Farm on Sugar Lane has been run by the Paproski family for four generations, going back to when it was one of the larger dairy suppliers in Fairfield County. It's now a fall agritourism stop with a corn maze, pick-your-own pumpkin patch, hayrides, and cut-your-own Christmas trees in December. The barns and pastures also double as an event venue for weddings, showers, and birthday parties.
