Casey Redtail Ranch continues a family tradition begun when Irish emigrant Jeremiah Casey homesteaded southern Monterey County, California in 1861 — antibiotic- and hormone-free, grass-fed and finished beef raised free range on the Central Coast. Short-duration, high-density grazing builds soil and forage health, and USDA-butchered beef sells in eighth "sampler" through full shares.
