About Burgundy's Local
Burgundy's Local Fort Worth is the Cowtown outpost of Burgundy Pasture Beef, which has raised cuisine-quality, 100% grass-fed beef since 1999 — no hormones or antibiotics, ever. The meat market carries the area's largest local selection: grass-fed beef and lamb, pasture-raised pork and chicken, raw milk cheeses, and free-range eggs, sold with the personal touch of a farm that skipped the grocery-store path.
