A 175-acre mountain farm on Boyd Farm Road between Waynesville and Maggie Valley, renting nine hand-hewn log cabins moved and restored from across the region, some 150 to 200 years old. The property has grown choose-and-cut Fraser fir since 1983 and adds stocked trout and bass ponds, where fishing needs no license, plus four miles of hiking trails. Cabins pair antiques with modern comforts.
