About Blue Barrens Farm
Blue Barrens grows organic wild lowbush blueberries across 200 acres spanning Cherryfield, Township 25, Wesley, and South Trescott — ankle-high stems that flower in May and ripen from late July through late August. The farmstand in Cherryfield sells fresh and frozen berries plus pies, and visitors can look in on the processing operation. The farm also takes on harvest-season interns.
