David and Merissa Alink started it in 2021, running order windows Monday through Wednesday once or twice a month with delivery the following week to Rapid City, Spearfish, Hot Springs, Custer, and Piedmont. They also host a pop-up market at their Hot Springs facility for anyone who'd rather pick up meat and produce in person.
