Bird's Hollow Beef is a 140-acre family farm in the Finger Lakes town of Gorham, named for David Eldredge's grandparents who bought the land in 1918 after crossing from England on the Mauretania. David and Candice raise 100% natural grassfed beef and meadow veal — born and raised on their own pastures with no hormones, antibiotics, grain, or confinement.
