About Birch Creek Ranch
Birch Creek Ranch has farmed 100 acres on Mastodon Road outside Talkeetna since 1981, started by Leilani and Alan Kingsbury and now run by their son Brian. The operation grows bedding plants in commercial greenhouses, runs a 60-member CSA, and opens u-pick berry fields to the public Fridays through Sundays into fall. High tunnels and raised beds stretch the short growing season.
