The Charles R. Hegwood Community Market — Biloxi's farmers market — sets up under the I-110 bridge overpass on Howard Avenue, open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., weather permitting. Run by the City of Biloxi Parks & Recreation office, it's named for the longtime Notre Dame High School football coach who once managed the market at Point Cadet Plaza.
