A Seneca Lake winery focused on dry, food-friendly Finger Lakes wines, poured in a restored vintage barn with a covered patio at the lake's north end near Geneva. Billsboro sources grapes from sustainably farmed Finger Lakes vineyards and is known for its Sauvignon Blanc and chilled reds. Founded in 2006, it pairs tastings with hand-made chocolates and runs the Il Fienile wine club.
