Bill's Honey Farm has sold local honey since 1975, when Bill Mullins started the operation; his sons Todd and Ted run it today. The Meridianville farm sells raw honey, bee pollen, cut comb, and beeswax candles in more than 60 varieties, and hosts homeschool tours and candle-making classes by request. It runs on an honor system for after-hours buyers: take what you need, leave cash in the box.
