Hilda Beiersdorfer and family run this 75-acre orchard in southeastern Indiana, where apples and fresh-pressed cider are the year-round specialty. Peaches come on in July and August, pears from October through December, with plums filling out the lineup in between. The stand is open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and Sunday afternoons from 1 to 6. Call 812-487-2695 for what's ready to pick.
