Bartlettyarns has spun wool into yarn in Harmony since 1821 — one of the oldest working woolen mills in the country. The mill store at 20 Water Street sells mule-spun Fisherman, Rangeley, and Shetland-style yarns, roving, wool tops, blankets, and knitwear, and still offers custom carding and spinning for anyone bringing in raw fleece. It's open Tuesday through Friday, 9:30 to 3:30, and Saturdays 10 to 1.
