USDA Certified Organic and biodynamic since 2009, Aspen Moon Farm has grown from 2.5 acres to roughly 90 acres, with about 20 in active production near Hygiene. The farm runs a CSA with more than 550 members, plus flowers, berries, and starter plants, and staffs the Boulder and Longmont Saturday farmers markets from April through November.
