About Apple Valley Orchard
Apple Valley Orchard is a 32-acre apple orchard in Oxford, Texas, about 10 miles south of Llano. More than 500 apple trees grow varieties including Gala, Fuji and Pink Lady, and the farm also raises blackberries, peaches, figs, persimmons and plums. Harvest usually runs July through October, and the on-site store sells apples, fresh-pressed apple cider, homemade jams, pies, local honey and ice cream. The orchard posts picking updates on its Facebook page.
