An 81-acre educational farm in Callicoon Center that spent decades teaching sustainable agriculture and renewable energy, pairing solar and wind with working horses and livestock. The land is protected under a conservation easement with the Delaware Highlands Conservancy. After a 2023 tornado and the founders' retirement, the farm has closed to visitors, and its stewards are looking for new owners to carry it forward.
