Apple Acres has been in the Johnson family since 1949 and is certified organic — u-pick apples, peaches, pears, blueberries, and raspberries across roughly six to ten acres in the foothills near the White Mountains. The farm store stocks over 100 Maine-made products alongside cider donuts and fresh-pressed cider, and there's a treehouse dining room for lunch. An annual Bluegrass & BBQ Festival runs each fall.
