About 130 Michigan vendors set up Saturdays and Wednesdays (Wednesdays run May through December), selling lake fish, pastured poultry, microgreens, honey, cheese, and fresh-baked bread. Winter hours narrow to Saturdays only, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., January through April.
