Andrew Hulsey Fish Hatchery, run by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission on the south side of Lake Hamilton, is the second-largest of the state's four warm-water hatcheries. Forty-two earthen ponds cover 84 of its 134 acres, raising native and stocked sportfish for release into Arkansas waters. The grounds also draw birdwatchers, with wintering duck species common on the ponds.
