Acquiesce Winery farms an estate near Acampo dedicated only to Rhone-style white and rose wines, including Grenache Blanc, Picpoul Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier. Winemaker Sue Tipton has taken Double Gold and Best of Show honors at the California State Fair. The tasting room is open Thursday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., by reservation.
