Aamodt's Apple Farm has grown apples near Stillwater since Thor and Lucille Aamodt planted the orchard in 1948, now spanning more than 50 acres and 6,000 trees. Fall weekends bring wagon rides, pony rides, a hay-bale maze, a barnyard, apples, bakery goods, pumpkins, and the farm's apple brats. The barn also holds a hard cider operation, and Saint Croix Vineyards shares the site for wine tasting and tours.
