A+ Ranch Organics has farmed outside Richfield since 1978 and earned organic certification in 2008, making it one of the older certified-organic meat operations in south-central Idaho. Mitch, Acee, and Lainee Lucero raise organic turkey, chicken, and beef on animals that live outdoors once old enough for the weather, alongside certified organic corn, hay, and grain. They deliver within 20 minutes of Twin Falls or Meridian.
