Mike and Donna Brahms started 3 Bee Farms as a honey operation in 1993, then added an orchard in 2009 when they bought the neighboring Glen Robin Orchard. The family now grows 24 apple varieties across 1,200 trees outside Griswold, alongside honey, produce, and a retail store stocked with Iowa-made goods. The farm runs hayrides, tours, and campfires for groups, and keeps regular hours — 10 to 6 most days, 1 to 5 on Sunday, closed Wednesdays.
