123 Farm is a certified-organic 20-acre working farm inside the 2,400-acre Highland Springs Ranch and Inn in Cherry Valley, named for California's three growing seasons. Lavender is the signature crop, sold as honey, lotion, sleep balm, and shrub syrup, alongside pasture-raised sheep and vegetables. The farm runs five annual festivals — a Lavender Festival, Lavender Nights with 500,000 lights, Christmas Nights with over a million, a Sheep Shearing Festival, and a Sourdough Bread Festival.
