The farm raises beef, veal, pork, and dairy cows using regenerative, chemical-free methods, and the store sells its raw milk, flavored Greek yogurts, cheeses, and cheese curds. Shelves also carry goods from more than 65 small local businesses. Hours run midweek through Saturday afternoons, with pumpkins, cornstalks, and hay in the fall.

Jaeschke's Orchard has grown apples at the base of Mount Greylock for more than 130 years, now in its third generation. The 55-acre orchard grows 33 varieties, including Honeycrisp, Macoun, Baldwin, and Northern Spy, plus pears, peaches, and plums, with cider, honey, jams, and donuts at the stand. Open daily 9am-5pm, May through December, U-pick or pre-picked.

Erika Gogis, a second-generation farmer, opened this self-serve shop in July 2021 to give local producers a storefront. The Plaid Farm Store sits at 6419 State Highway 30 in Amsterdam, about four miles south of the Thruway, and runs on the honor system 24 hours a day. Shelves hold baked goods, produce, and meats sourced from nearby farms and small businesses.
