Hemlock Hill Farm raises pasture-raised cattle, pigs, lamb, goats, chicken and turkey without antibiotics or added hormones on its land in Cortlandt Manor. The year-round farm store sells all cuts of beef, pork, lamb and chicken, cut in its on-site USDA butchery, plus local cheese, honey, syrup and jam. Meat CSA shares and bulk orders are available.
